Prevention of occupational risks

Our principal policy is the prevention of occupational risks, safeguarding of health and safety, elimination of any risk and accidental factors, raising awareness of and training all employees on the issues of employee’s health and safety. Practices are tracked and evaluated by pertinent committees.

The holding employs a radiation safety committee consisting of representatives from companies where personnel exposed to radiation are employed, as well as Holding General Manager and a representative from Corporate HR department. The committee follows-through all practices on radiation safety and reports to the management after periodic evaluations of dose findings from employees.

Practices on employee health and safety are carried-out by the Holding’s employee healthcare unit. The work health unit also provides preventive medical care services.
